1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the jkjili platform (including but not limited to the website at jkjili.lat and any associated mobile applications or services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the jkjili platform.

Your continued use of jkjili services following any modifications to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.

jkjili employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. First-time withdrawals require identity verification through submission of valid Philippine government-issued identification documents such as a driver's license, passport, or UMID card. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or withdrawal delays.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jkjili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account information with any third party. Any activities conducted through your jkjili account are your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly or within minutes. Bank transfers may take 5-10 minutes during banking hours. Deposited funds appear in your account balance in Philippine Peso.

• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage

7.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership

All content on the jkjili platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of jkjili or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The jkjili brand name, logo, and associated marks are registered trademarks.

8.2 Limited License

jkjili grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from jkjili without express written permission.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your jkjili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 jkjili-Initiated Suspension

jkjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited. Remaining real-money balance may be returned at jkjili's discretion after investigation.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

jkjili provides responsible gaming tools including temporary self-exclusion periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in or deposit funds. 10. Limitation of Liability
